  • Investment: "project specific", not part of a larger "fund," which gives our investors full transparency.

  • Target Return: 9-11% annual preferred return (deal dependent)

  • Typical Term: 24 month minimum, with extension options

  • Extension Terms: FAST will provide stabilization extensions in exchange for 11% returns during the extension

FAST’s management team invests at least 25% of total the total in every one of our preferred equity or debt deals. We invite accredited individual investors to contact us if you interested in co-investing. FAST typically funds up to 100% of the initial transaction with our own assets in order to capture and fund time-sensitive opportunities. Because we do not manage an active investment pool, and raise capital on a project-by-project basis, our co-investors always know precisely where their investment is going. LARKSPUR AT CREEKSIDE

Larkspur at Creekside is a 184-unit active adult community featuring 154 apartments and 34 cottages. The ground-up development was completed in 2022 and currently leasing-up. The 55+ community is based in New Braunfels, TX in the heart of Texas Hill Country and 30 miles north of San Antonio.

VIEW ON THE SQUARE

This ground up student housing property isa short walk from the campus of Texas State University in downtown San Marcos, TX, 30 min south of Austin. The 120 unit (390 bed) facility was completed in mid- 2022 and is now fully stabilized.

Industry Tallahassee is a market rate ground-up development consisting of 248 luxury apartment units and 2 commercial spaces. It sits in the heart of downtown Tallahassee, FL. The is currently under construction with a target completion date of Q4 2023.
