Fred fanganello - principal

Fred founded FAST in 2012. He has over 40 years of national expertise across the commercial real estate industry. His experience includes mortgage banking, structured financing, acquisition, development, asset/property management. He is a licensed broker in Colorado and holds a BS in Business from the University of Denver.

rich seidel - Principal

Rich co-founded FAST in 2012. He has over 20 years experience providing mezzanine debt and preferred equity capital and has been investing in commercial real estate deals for over 25 years, in both GP and LP positions. Rich holds a BS in Business from the University of Denver.

casey fanganello - director

Casey’s broad real estate experience ranges from mortgage banking and acquisitions to asset & property management. Casey is a licensed broker in Colorado since 2016. He holds an MS in Real Estate from the University of Denver and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado.

adam graham - director

Adam has held senior leadership positions, with companies large and small across the U.S. and Western Europe, focused on business development, organizational management and business strategy. He holds an MS in Real Estate from the University of Denver and a BS in Finance & Int’l Marketing from Indiana University.
